What happens if my car won't start and I'm not sure it's the battery?▼
No problem! We'll test your battery and alternator on-site to diagnose the issue. If it turns out to be something other than the battery, we'll let you know and you only pay a small diagnostic fee. If it is the battery, we'll replace it on the spot.
Can you replace batteries on all car makes and models?▼
Yes! We carry batteries for all common vehicles including Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Holden, Ford, European cars (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW), 4WDs, utes, and SUVs. If you have an unusual vehicle, mention it when you call and we'll confirm we have the right battery.
Do you charge a call-out fee?▼
No call-out fee when you purchase a battery from us! The price we quote includes coming to your location, professional installation, and taking away your old battery. If we attend and your battery tests fine, there's a small diagnostic fee.
What if my car needs a jump start but the battery is still good?▼
Sometimes a battery just needs a jump start due to lights being left on or a short trip. We can jump start your vehicle and test the battery health. If it tests okay, we'll get you going and give you advice on preventing future flat batteries. Our testing is free.
